Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

You have 14 days to request a return or exchange the product from the date you purchased it. Please contact us at alex9996615@gmail.com or 213-992-1151. We will provide you an RMA number.

 

We will not accept returns for items that have been worn, damaged, stained or scented. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn with tag on, back side of the vents must be closed, and it must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Studios and film productions are charged 30% restocking fees for any returns. 

 You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it.

Refunds (if applicable)

We will send you an email to let you know that we have received and inspected your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

 

Exchanges

To be exchanged, the product must be unused and in its original condition.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
